Welcome to the central CRMfusion Inc support page for all products. The goal of this page is to walk you through the resources available to solve your technical inquiry. Our technical support group is one of the best in the business, but also very busy. We ask our customers to utilize the available resources as much as possible. If you are unable to find the answer to your question in the Knowledgebase or On-line Help, please create a case using the buttons below. Our technical team strives to respond to new cases within 1 business day. Our standard business hours are 9am to 7pm Eastern Time.

If you are unable to create a case using the buttons above, alternate means of creating a case include:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your contact information and a description of the problem/issue. A case will automatically be created and you will receive your case number in a follow up email minutes later.
- Telephone technical support at 1-800-961-8205 option #2. Please be prepared to leave a message or have the responding support staff member log the call and enter it into the queue.
