[Solved] login error: Your account has expired

When I tried to log in in August, I received a message that my account expired August 8. I called DemandTools and was told it shouldn't expire and someone would fix it. I also received an email confirming this. But, I am still receiving this error. I didn't think there was an expiration date. Any suggestions for resolving this?

Thank you for reaching out! I am sorry you are having trouble accessing DemandTools.  Our Sales team can definitely help straighten this out.  If you will send an email including your Org ID to sales@crmfusion.com they will happily take a look.  If you are an NFP using DemandTools under our grant program, please send the information to nfp@crmfusion.com.

To find your Org ID, go to Setup - Company Profile - Company Information and you will see Org ID in the left hand column in the Salesforce.com Organization ID field.
